It’s Friday and time again for Follow Friday blog-style!
I skipped last week’s Follow Friday because I lost track of time.
This week I recommend Mike Rohrig aka @MikeCanDoIt on Twitter.
Mike is a multifaceted creative genius behind some of my favorite online communities. The most notable of all of them is definitely Pouregon. Pouregon is my “go to” site when I’m looking for a beverage in Oregon. Pouregon covers anything coffee, beer and wine in Oregon.
Mike is also behind an unknown favorite, Dumbelievable. It’s a great place to view the internet’s finest selection of the dumbest. Dumbelievable isn’t a unique concept for a website, I’ve had a similar idea for a website of my own, but Mike made his idea happen.
Mike’s latest venture is his partnership in Social Media Handlers. Social Media Handlers is a social media marketing company (GASP! I’m mentioning a “competitor”) that specializes in small business needs.
Websites about Oregon, dumb stuff and social media aren’t the only reasons to follow Mike Rohrig. Mike is an accomplished 3pt shooter in basketball (although I’ve never witnessed this) and more importantly Mike is a huge fan of Mixed Martial Arts. Every time I see him, our conversation is occupied by the lastest happenings in the UFC.
Basically, everything I’m a fan of, Mike is a fan of.
So if you’re reading this, you’re probably a friend of mine (or at least a Twitter follower). Then you need to be following Mike Rohrig on Twitter and tune in to one or all of his many projects.
